1. Games played at Soldier Memorial Park fields in Howell located at the corner of Farmingdale-Lakewood Road (County Route 547) and Maxim Roads one mile east of interstate 195 exit 31A 2. Games are Sundays September 11 to October 30 3. There is room for 16 teams 4. Game times are 10am 11am 12noon and 1pm 5. Same rules apply as in Mens and HS summer league 6. Same application is used for Youth, HS or Men's league and for team or individual. Please read application carefully and make sure wavier is signed. 7. Teams are required to have at least 16 players including goalies 8. Individuals will be placed on teams according to information on application to fill incomplete rosters or to make a "House " team. Coaches will be provided to house teams in the HS league. 9. All HS teams must have a Coach/Supervisor. 10. Divisions will be set up by the league director after first games. 11.
